At the same time glittering lights in paris indicate the other side of the coin in peaceful generation of electrical energy. The tremendous amount of enrgy released in the process of fission and fusion is amenable both to constructive and destructive purposes. People of the planet need to be told about irreversible and catastrophic consequences of intended and unintended non-peaceful uses of nuclear activities.
