About the Book This book aims to attribute the changes to the personal leadership and working style of Prof. K.L. Chopra. The book highlights his qualities and working habits that were the critical factors that shaped the 10 dynamic years he spent here, from 1987 to 1997. And then it won’t sound so incredible. Even in his heydays, little did he or anyone else fully realized the magnitude of his achievements, and no one can fully comprehend even now the complete picture, however much I may elaborate. This book firsts list his major achievements in terms of material objects and entities. Then it explains how these were made and how Prof. Chopra stretched not only himself but also IITKGP to the limit. In the process, he revealed to people around him how such monumental changes have been brought about everywhere in the world, from the time of Alexander the Great, to Napoleon, and to Deng Xiaoping. About the Author A refugee from Pakistan, Kasturi Lal Chopra (KLC) studied Physics at the University of Delhi and earned his Ph D from the University of British Columbia, Canada under World University Service Fellowship.
