The possible positive and negative impact on human rights of globalization, the information revolution and scientific and technological progress is also discussed by well-known human rights specialists from different regions. Emphasis is placed on the fact that the creation of a universal culture of human rights through education and public information is an essential element in making human rights a reality for all.
