Idea of Bharat is based on the new syllabus of B. A. First Semester students of History, as has been introduced in many universities following the guidelines of UGC. Dr. Rajesh Verma teaches history in Jawaharlal Nehru College, Pasighat, Arunachal Pradesh (a P. G. College, under the Rajiv Gandhi University, Doimukh, Itanagar, a Central University). His other books are- History of North East India; People and Forest in North East India; उत्तर पूर्व भारत का इतिहास; जब दुनिया हिल उठी (समसामयिक आलेख). He has also written course materials ( B.A. and M.A.) for Institute of Distance Education, Rajiv Gandhi University.
