Brahmand World Defence Update 2022 aims at providing a comprehensive assessment of the present day global military order with a focus on each nation’s military capabilities, new arms acquisitions and defence spending. The 11th edition of the yearbook features a new chapter with focus “Counter-Terrorism & National Security” efforts of Germany, India, Israel, Russia, UK and USA. It has highlighted how terrorism across several parts of the world has posed a serious threat to national security and how each of the above-mentioned nation is dealing with this ever-growing menace. The yearbook also contains up-to-date information on defence capabilities of 113 countries, including 33 strategically important countries, highlighting their geopolitical importance, internal and external conflict areas, threat perspectives, strategic relations, multilateral alliances, and over strength and latest procurement deals among others.
